MEN'S CLUB
The Men’s Club supports Temple Menorah throughout the year, providing support and assistance. Whether small tasks or large chores, the Men’s Club members are always available to help whenever work needs to be done. Men’s Club members will greet worshipers at High Holiday Services and welcome attendees to temple events. Among the many annual programs of the Men’s Club are the 6-Day Gigantic Rummage Sale, Brewer Tailgate Party, Temple Ad Calendar and many other events. The Men’s Club cooperates with our Sisterhood to present the Paid-Up Brunch, Winter Brunch, and our Spaghetti Dinner & Silent Auction. Our Men’s Club’s constant effort is directly related to support projects that help to maintain the synagogue. Men’s Club members participate in the Daily Minyan as well as Friday Evening and Saturday Morning Services. All first year members receive their first year Men’s club dues for free! Our Men’s Club President, Barry Hersh invites you to become active with our Men’s Club.
SISTERHOOD
The Temple Menorah Sisterhood boasts a calendar of events filled with religious and social activities for the home, synagogue and community. Our Sisterhood’s constant effort is directly related to projects that help to enrich the synagogue. The Sisterhood Special Projects fund-raising efforts help support the synagogue and maintain the synagogue’s kosher kitchen. Among the many annual programs of the Sisterhood are the New Year Greeting Book, Famous Gourmet Desserts Receptions and holiday celebrations. The Sisterhood cooperates with the Men’s Club to present the Paid-Up Brunch, Gala Charity Auction, Winter Brunch and our Spaghetti Dinner & Silent Auction. The Sisterhood also volunteers their time with the Menorah Gift Gallery, our Gift Shop which is the perfect place to purchase that very special item. First year members receive a complimentary membership for their first year.
